Please follow the step-by-step instructions.

  1. If you wear glasses to read, put them on.
  2. Now, stay at arms distance from screen.
  3. Cover your right eye with your hand.
  4. Focus and stare at the white dot in the center of the grid.
  5. Slowly move closer to your screen until one of the red ovals disappear.
  6. Stare at the center of the grid.

    You should be able to see the center white dot and the four corners and sides of the grid. The lines should appear straight and continuous from top to bottom and side to side.

  7. Now, cover your left eye and repeat the test.
